Kitchen garden

In the summer of 2020, we will start vegetable production, and this time not only for our own use, but also for sale to anyone who wants fresh vegetables - directly from the farmer! We also use herbs, vegetables, fruit and berries in our bakery and café.


We do not use pesticides or artificial fertilisers, and we are concerned with not only growing the vegetables, but also the soil. Therefore, it is a matter of course that we should have a crop rotation and change what is to be grown every year. The kitchen garden is organically certified by Debio and the rest of the farm will be certified at the end of 2024.


In the kitchen garden I have everything from carrots, turnips, potatoes, strawberries, cabbage, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and chillies, garlic, lettuce, radishes, celery root, herbs and much more.
